How to: Create a New Account and Set-Up 2FA

We require the use of 2FA for user and information security and confidentiality. This guide shows the account creation, password setting, and authenticator set-up steps.

1. Install an Authenticator on your Mobile Phone

We recommend using Google Authenticator. Download the app from the App Store/Play Store on your mobile phone.

Download on the Play Store.

2. Set your Password to Red Health Online

Enter the email address you used to register your account.

You will have received an email from us with a temporary password. Copy this temporary password from the email, and paste it in the “Password” field on the login page.

Click Login.

Enter the password you’d like to use, and then type it again in the “Confirm” box. We recommend your password contains:

  • at least 8 characters
  • at least 1 capital letter
  • at least 1 number
  • at least 1 special character

Once you’ve updated your password, you’ll be prompted to add your authenticator by scanning the QR Code.

Open your Authenticator app on your phone, and scan the QR code on your screen. This will add Red Health Online to your authenticator app, and will display a 6 digit code that randomises every 30 seconds.

Now type in the 6 digit code from your authenticator app into the “OTP from Authenticator Application” field on the Red Health Online page on your PC, and press “Save”.

You’ll now see this confirmation box, confirming you’ve linked your authenticator successfully. Close the confirmation box.

Once you’ve seen the confirmation message, close the QR code screen below.

Now you can login to Red Health Online. Enter your username and password. HINT: Make you sure you enter the NEW password you chose.

Type in the Code in your phone’s Authenticator App, and press Submit.

13.

Congratulations, you are now logged in to Red Health Online, and you are ready to start managing and making bookings online.
