This virtual assessment service is perfect for individuals who can’t travel due to medical or psychological barriers, financial reasons or other restrictions such as family commitments.
Our Client Experience team makes sure your virtual assessment runs smoothly and is conducted to the highest standard. From arranging a surrogate practitioner to assist with physical testing to finding a suitable consulting room if you need one, we mean it when we say “we’ve got this”

When booking an appointment, let our team know you’ll need a virtual assessment.
Once we arrange the appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email and video link consent form.
We’ll ask for an E-consent form to be completed by the examinee.
Before the appointment, we’ll test the video link at a pre-agreed time with the relevant parties.
We’ll email the video link 15-20 minutes before the assessment on the day of the appointment and stay available should you need us.
Once the examinee clicks the link, they will enter the virtual room and the assessment will commence.
