When booking an appointment, let our team know you’ll need a virtual assessment.

Once we arrange the appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email and video link consent form.

We’ll ask for an E-consent form to be completed by the examinee.

Before the appointment, we’ll test the video link at a pre-agreed time with the relevant parties.

We’ll email the video link 15-20 minutes before the assessment on the day of the appointment and stay available should you need us.

Once the examinee clicks the link, they will enter the virtual room and the assessment will commence.
