Dale Ristovski

Founder and Managing Director

Dale has been honing his career in the Medico-Legal industry since 1998! Before that, he worked at an electrical firm creating welding products – who knew!

Over 10 years ago, he established Red Health with a mission to make a difference in the Medico-Legal industry for all stakeholders, something we strive to achieve every single day.

Dale is responsible for everything and everyone in the business! Our culture, values, mission and purpose, laughter, and fun – you name it, Dale is responsible for it.

Fun fact: when he’s not running 3 other businesses (yes, 3), Dale loves reading Lee Child novels, playing competitive soccer, teaching martial arts, and spending time with his family and 2 dogs (Teddy and Benji).

Loves that: everyone in the company has fun on a daily basis and he genuinely enjoys the people he works and interacts with.

Vanessa Herrmann

CEO

After working in the medical industry for many years, Vanessa decided to follow her passion for law, working as a legal secretary and paralegal, before applying for a role with the Queensland Police Service!

After speaking with Dale and learning more about the world of medico-legal and his dream to turn the industry on its head, she felt a magnetic pull towards the role he proposed for her, and the rest is history.

Vanessa’s responsible for overseeing our business operations and supporting our team in reaching for the stars and delivering on our purpose; that is, making a difference by humanising the medico-legal experience.

Fun fact: Vanessa loves being in the garden, talking to her roses, and spending quality time with her wife and family, 3 senior cats (Biscuit, Harry and Willow), and 2 dogs (Darcy & Arthur).

Loves that: she can proudly call her colleagues her “work family”, the culture that stems from this, and the fact that while we’re a medium-size business, we have a family business spirit.

Mark Hayes

IT Systems and Innovation Manager

Mark brings a versatile skill set to the table, having worked in diverse roles before joining Red Health – with everything from a Barman and Sales Manager to a Transcriptionist and Claims Administrator filling his resumé.

Now, he keeps our high standards in check as the quality assurance manager across the business. He also oversees our Hobart site, ensuring we give our clients the gold standard experience when partnering with Red Health.

Fun fact: Mark loves to tinker in his workshop, play video games, and spend time with his family. He’s also full of random facts and will tell us things like, “Did you know the plastic piece on the end of a shoelace is called an Aglet? Now you do.”

Loves that: Red Health encourages their employees to be their genuine, authentic selves and truly “humanises” the medico-legal experience. He wakes up every day feeling excited to come to work, which says it all.

Sue Coe

Head of Operations

Having spent over two decades leading customer experience functions across the insurance, legal, and utility sectors, Sue brings extensive expertise in customer support and service delivery to Red Health.

In her role, she supports our teams in managing all aspects of independent medical assessments — from coordinating appointments and guiding claimants through the process, to overseeing quality assurance and ensuring every interaction meets our high standards for accuracy, consistency, and care.

Fun fact: Sue is our reality TV connoisseur, watching everything from The Real Housewives to 60 Days In. She’s also the self-proclaimed master of flat-pack furniture and reverse parking!

Loves that: our culture doesn’t need to be written on the walls because you feel it everywhere. We’re a family of like-minded people who genuinely care about each other and the work we do.

Alastair Dooley

Head of Finance

Alastair began his career in professional services at KPMG, where he spent over a decade in roles spanning audit, recruitment, and HR. He then took on the role of Finance Director at City Lodge Hotels, a public hotel chain, where he not only led the finance team but also developed and implemented the group’s environmental sustainability strategy.

In 2020, Alastair and his family made the move to Brisbane, where he continued to build his career through contract roles across private and not-for-profit organisations. Now at Red Health, he oversees the company’s financial position and mentors the finance team, bringing a wealth of experience and a steady hand to the role.

Fun fact: Alastair is a passionate art collector and enjoys spending time with his family and watching NRL. He’s not a cat or dog person—but he is a fan of pineapple on pizza and appreciates both summer and winter for what they offer.

Loves that: Red Health is a genuinely welcoming place, with a flexible work environment and a culture that makes coming to work a pleasure. He enjoys applying his skills in a new industry and being part of a team that values both collaboration and growth.

Danielle Wade

Head of Stakeholder Engagement & Growth

Danielle spent 6 years working with the Department of Health Tasmania including 3 years as Duty Manager with the Public Health Emergency Operations Centre for the Tasmanian response to COVID-19. Before this, Danielle completed a Bachelor of Behavioural Science before working in a small family business and HR.

Now, Danielle looks after our clients in Tasmania and Victoria and is dedicated to growing our business through innovation and understanding client needs, as well as working with the Red Health leadership group to foster the company’s culture and values.

Fun fact: When away from the office, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband, renovating their 100-year-old picker’s hut or working on their 8-acre property south of Hobart. She and her husband share five sons who keep life interesting and far from quiet.

Nicola Davies

Stakeholder Engagement & Growth Manager

Nicola is a highly skilled professional with extensive expertise in business development. With a successful track record of six years at Mater Health and eleven years as a Business Development Manager in the optical industry for Qld and NT, Nicola possesses a wealth of knowledge in cultivating strategic partnerships and driving growth.

At present, Nicola is fully dedicated to the growth and prosperity of our business. In her role, she prioritizes developing, establishing, and nurturing partnerships to ensure sustainable expansion. Nicola also actively collaborates with the Red Health leadership group to foster a positive company culture and uphold our core values.

Fun fact: In addition to her professional achievements, Nicola finds fulfilment in participating in endurance sports such as marathons and trail runs. She even shares these experiences with her senior Maltese Shih Tzu, whom she takes along in a customized pram during her runs.

Felicity Jennings

Stakeholder Engagement & Growth Manager

Felicity is all about people. With over a decade of experience in relationship management and business development across industries as diverse as automotive, telco, medical equipment, and food delivery, she brings energy, empathy, and a deep understanding of stakeholder needs to her role.

At Red Health, Felicity leads engagement across Tasmania—building strong, lasting partnerships with specialists and clients alike. Whether she’s on the road visiting regional partners or making sure everyone feels heard and supported, Felicity brings warmth, dedication… and occasionally, donuts.

When she’s not connecting with clients, you’ll find her wrangling three dogs, chasing after her toddler, or enjoying a bluesy 60s rock playlist with a croissant in hand. A proud winter person and former high school comedy champ, Felicity keeps things real, relatable, and always a little bit fun.

Jarrett Ponder

Stakeholder Engagement & Growth Manager

With over 16 years of experience spanning marketing, stakeholder engagement, and organisational development, Jarrett brings a wealth of strategic insight to Red Health. His career has taken him across nonprofit, commercial, and international sectors, where he’s led initiatives in growth, fundraising, and change management.

At Red Health, Jarrett drives engagement with medical and legal stakeholders, expands our expert referral network, and leads business development across Queensland and the ACT. He’s passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating opportunities for collaboration and growth within the medico-legal space.

Fun fact: Jarrett is a proud husband and father of three, and when he’s not working, he’s cheering on his kids at sports, staying active in his church, and enjoying country music. Born and raised in sunny Florida, he’s a summer person through and through—and yes, pineapple absolutely belongs on pizza.

Loves that: Red Health offers a space for personal and professional growth, where collaboration is key and purpose drives everything. For Jarrett, it’s not just a job—it’s a chance to make a real impact alongside a team that feels like family.

Brad Morfett

Marketing Manager

Brad brings his balance of creative problem solving, and focus on process and structure to our marketing activities. With sales and marketing experience in the automotive and retail spaces, he’s able to bridge gaps between teams for effective outcomes.

As Marketing Manager, he supports all functions at Red Health with our unique marketing activities (and quirky humour) to spread Red Health’s purpose of humanising the medico-legal experience.

Fun fact: Brad makes a mean pizza from scratch (almost once a week) to balance his time spent playing basketball and exercising at the gym.

Loves that: Red Health’s focus on culture creates a wonderful work environment, and that culture extends to our medical experts, clients, and claimants.

Kate Chan

Marketing Coordinator

After years of chasing stories as a journalist, Kate found herself drawn to the world of marketing—where storytelling meets strategy. Her transition was sparked by a desire to shape narratives in a more creative and impactful way, and she hasn’t looked back since.

Kate joined Red Health after discovering its unique blend of purpose-driven work and a culture that celebrates curiosity, collaboration, and growth. She’s now responsible for crafting campaigns, creating engaging content, and helping bring the Red Health brand to life in ways that resonate with both clients and clinicians.

Fun fact: Kate is a volleyball enthusiast who spends her weekends on the court, and she’s a proud cat mum to two mischievous felines. Her dream? To one day add a Golden Retriever to the mix.

Loves that: Red Health feels like a second home—where mistakes are embraced as part of learning, and every win is shared as a team.

Brianna Shaw

Client Experience Team Leader

Brianna worked in a newsagency throughout high school and university for almost a decade before joining Red Health in 2018.

She’s responsible for helping our clients find the most suitable service for their needs, working closely with Medical Experts to source availability, and providing a world-class client experience.

Fun fact: Brianna loves keeping fit with intense gym classes and far more relaxing walks along Castle Hill. When she’s not killing it in the gym, she’s chilling out on the beach, sewing, or exploring all the incredible food options in Townsville. She gives back to the community by volunteering at Angel-Paws and offering abandoned and rejected animals a second chance at life.

Loves that: she gets to help people by assisting them in achieving the best outcome while working with an awesome bunch of people.

Kellie Johnson

Client Experience Officer

For 28 years, Kellie worked in several legal roles for a law firm, from managing their reception and working as a legal secretary in various areas of law.

Bringing her invaluable experience with her to Red Health, she now works as a client experience officer, answering phone calls, helping our clients book appointments, and connecting them to the right medical specialist for them. 

Fun fact: Kellie loves going for walks in the park, gardening, and beach days. When she’s not immersing herself in nature, she enjoys painting by numbers and relaxing at home with a great Netflix series.

Loves that: Red Health allows her to have a proper work/life balance. She truly feels valued at Red Health and loves that the team feels more like family than colleagues.

Briana Bentley

Client Experience Officer

Briana is a Client Experience professional with 10 years of experience in customer service. Most recently Briana worked as a Dispensary Technician in a Pharmacy, using her people skills and high attention to detail to provide care to our community.

Now, at Red Health, Briana is part of our dedicated Client Experience team responsible for handling enquiries, setting up travel for our Medical Experts, booking assessements, and delivering our world-class client service experience.

Fun Fact: When Briana isn’t taking exceptional care of our clients, she’s watching Sci-Fi and Horror films or diving into a crime novel – hopefully around a warm fire while visiting her parent’s property. She’s a huge AFL fan, and is a die-hard barracker for Collingwood (Go the Pies!). Briana and her family are very close, and her Dad’s cooking is one of her favourite things.

Loves That: The Red Health team genuinely cares about their team members, and her dreaded Monday blues are long gone (and never to return).

Kaitlin Seem

Client Experience Officer

Kaitlin, a dedicated and experienced Client Experience Officer, has recently joined the Red Health CX team. Her strong customer service, client relations background, and return to work expertise help our clients achieve their goals. Her primary responsibilities include scheduling and managing appointments, providing assistance and support to clients with their enquiries, and building and nurturing client relationships.

Before joining Red Health, Kaitlin determined worker’s compensation claims as a Claims Representative and a Rehabilitation Coordinator at, coordinating and facilitating return to work outcomes for injured workers. Additionally, Kaitlin has experience bringing out the inner beauty in her clients as a beauty therapist, offering beauty services to make her clients feel like their best selves.

Fun fact: When Kaitlin’s not at work, she is a dedicated mother caring for her spirited 1-year-old daughter. She loves spending time with her daughter, taking her on little adventures around the city, and visiting family. Kaitlin’s nurturing and caring nature extends beyond her professional life into her personal life, where she thrives in creating memorable experiences for her loved ones.

Loves: Working at Red Health in the supportive and celebratory environment the team fosters. She appreciates how everyone, regardless of title, makes her feel welcome, valued, and cared for. The strong sense of togetherness and belonging at Red Health motivates Kaitlin to do her best daily for the business and its clients. The evident and positive company culture at Red Health makes her eager to come to work and contribute to the overall success of the team and the satisfaction of their clients.

Lou Grzinic

Quality Assurance Team Leader

After a few years in the hospitality industry, Lou has worked in medical administration supporting a bunch of GP practices, 7 in total over the past 10 years! She gained invaluable experience around medical care and practice management as she led administration teams across two practices.

She now uses her experience to ensure we deliver perfect report quality within our strict standards by carefully reading through our IME’s and supporting our specialists to provide excellent reporting quality. 

Fun fact: Lou is a self-professed “clean freak”; she even ends up organising clutter when she visits her close friends (which they love). When she’s not alphabetising a pile of DVDs, she’s running around after her kids and their many hobbies. 

Loves that: she works alongside people who have a genuine love and care for what they do as this pushes her to do her best.

Cheryl De Amicis

Quality Assurance Officer

Cheryl joined Red Health after working in several roles within the legal, civil construction, and retail sectors. 

As an administration support officer, Cheryl spends her days organising paperwork, consents, video assessments, and managing bookings at our reception. 

Fun fact: when Cheryl’s not keeping on top of her work to-do list, she can be found working on her latest craft, playing croquet, or catching up with her family and friends. 

Loves that: at Red Health, we genuinely work together as a team and give each other the support and motivation we need to do an excellent job.

Corinne Parsons

Quality Assurance Officer

Corrinne joined Red Health in September 2023 as a valuable Quality Assurance (QA) team member. She helps ensure that independent medical assessments align with the briefed LOI and the appropriate legislation.

Her journey to Red Health began with previous experience in PI insurance and living in the UK, where she travelled extensively. Upon returning to Melbourne, Corrinne held administrative positions in accounting, corporate secretarial, and legal firms before moving to Tasmania.

Fun Fact: Corrinne resides on an acreage property where she tends to her alpacas, indulges in her passion for cultivating flowers and vegetables, and cares for her indoor plants and cats.

Loves: Despite her love for travel and live music, Corrinne finds fulfilment in contributing to Red Health’s mission and cherishes the supportive and caring culture within the organization.

Catriona Davidson

Quality Assurance Officer

Before joining Red Health, Catriona spent over a decade in the telecommunications industry, where she prepared Electromagnetic Emission Guides and reviewed NBN antenna builds. Her sharp eye for detail and knack for technical review made her a natural fit for the world of quality assurance.

At Red Health, Catriona ensures our Independent Medical Examination reports meet the highest standards before they’re sent to clients. She’s loved diving into the medical-legal space, especially learning the fascinating terminology used by specialists.

Fun fact: Catriona is a passionate gamer, a keen baker, and a seasoned traveller. She adores her mischievous cat Oliver (affectionately known as her “demon”), and is the reigning Quiz Master in the office.

Loves that: the team is genuinely kind, the work is meaningful, and winter means cozy blankets and comfort TV—especially 90s Law & Order.

Maddie Chappell

Quality Assurance Officer

Maddie is a health industry professional, working in medical reception/administration for over eight years. Since joining the health industry, Maddie has undertaken various roles, honing their skills in effective medical communication, general medical conditions, and knowledge in anatomy.

Maddie is now a part of the Red Health Quality Assurance team, using their skills to support our Medical Expert’s gold-class medico-legal reports. Maddie’s eye for detail and combining the years of experience from our Medical Experts with Red Health’s legal knowledge ensures high-quality reports, within our strict timelines.

Fun fact: Maddie is a gamer, playing lots of video games and tabletop games (even a late night office D&D session). While walking their dogs and letting them run around the park, Maddie is considering their next baking project, and what anime to watch next!

Loves that: Maddie enjoys working in a company where they perform important work to help people and make a real difference. They also enjoy that Red Health cares for it’s employees, and is open and welcoming in every way.

Meaka Merrick

Quality Assurance Officer

Meaka’s career began at just 13, working at her local convenience store. From there, she spent six years managing bakeries and cafes—while also moonlighting as a fitness instructor. Her corporate journey began 13 years ago, taking her through customer service, leadership support, and learning and development roles across express freight, finance, utilities, and local government.

Now at Red Health, Meaka brings her passion for quality and communication to the medico-legal space. She reviews and refines reports to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance, and works closely with medical experts to meet client needs. She’s currently studying a Bachelor of Business, majoring in HR and Leadership, and describes herself as a reliable all-rounder with a lifelong commitment to learning.

Fun fact: Meaka is a parkrun enthusiast and co-Event Director for her local parkrun. She loves themed outfits, heavy music, and the 1986 movie Labyrinth. Despite her bold style, she’s an introvert at heart who enjoys crafts, Lego, and movie nights with her husband and son.

Loves that: Red Health allows her to bring her authentic self to work, values continuous improvement, and fosters genuine connections. She’s not a fan of pineapple on pizza, prefers winter over Queensland’s sweaty summers, and while she’s a cat person—her beloved pet is a senior black pug named Tokyo.

Surprising fact: Meaka has completed four half marathons and countless 10km events, proving that appearances can be delightfully deceiving.

Tatum McAndrew

Quality Assurance Officer

Tatum has gained valuable experience working in private law firms and government law offices, where she obtained her qualification in Legal Services. Her time in the legal industry has equipped her with the skills to interpret and apply legal terminology, prepare court documents, and navigate public and private law processes.

As a Quality Assurance team member, Tatum supports the department’s objectives by ensuring that our Medical Experts’ reports reflect the appropriate legislative requirements and effectively communicate the examination and Letter of Instruction (LOI) questions. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and a robust understanding of legislative and medical knowledge.

Loves that: Tatum appreciates that Red Health is a wonderful community of people, highlighting the excellent communication and the welcoming atmosphere that has made her feel comfortable in her role.

Fun fact: Tatum enjoys the process of home renovations, pushing herself at the gym, attending live music events, and spending her spare time with family, friends, and her two dogs.

Claire Green

Quality Assurance Administration Officer

Claire worked in retail and a grocery store throughout high school before going into administration at various gyms, where she also worked as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer.

At Red Health, Claire is a ‘middle woman’ and liaises closely with clients and medical experts. She’s responsible for processing draft reports, organising teleconferences and court evidence bookings, providing report updates, processing additional requests, and much more. 

Fun fact: Claire spends most of her free time refereeing soccer and has been involved in the sport since she was 7. She also enjoys going on outdoor adventures with her partner, spending time with her family, going to the gym and eating lots of delicious food!

Loves that: She gets to work with so many amazing people and has never experienced such a warm welcome into a company before.

Chloe Beale

Business Support Team Leader

Chloe previously ran the McCafe Department for one of the busiest stores in Queensland, looking after the administrative tasks, including improving processes and procedures, training staff, creating a collaborative and supportive team, and helping to break store records.

Now, Chloe is a valued member of the Red Health team responsible for organising paperwork, obtaining consent forms, testing videolink assessments, and looking after medical experts and claimants in our Brisbane consulting suites.

Fun fact: Chloe adores unwinding with a nice coffee and a good book, or else you can also find her studying for her degree in international relations and sociology.

Loves that: She’s part of a team that genuinely supports each other and helps build each other up, while making stressful experiences easier for claimants, doctors, and clients.

Romy Lembryk

Administration Support Officer

Romy comes to Red Health from a successful career in QLD’s busiest McDonald’s store! Romy was part of an internal management training program, where she ran entire shifts, positioned and managed each department, and assisted with admin tasks. In addition, Romy coached crew members and implemented new processes for excellent customer service. When Romy isn’t at Red Health, she’s pursuing development and learning at university.

In the Red Health Admin Team, Romy focuses her experience, time, and energy on making the experience for our Medical Experts and Examinees as smooth as possible. That’s the personal touch for humanising everyone who we help every day.

Fun Fact: If Romy isn’t with her rescue cats, she cooks her favourite meals (sometimes a cheeky frozen pizza) and keeps her prized avocado tree happy in the garden.

Loves that: Red Health is an environment where everyone supports and encourages each other.

Kylie Schmidtke

Administration Support Officer

Kylie Schmidtke is an integral part of the Red Health team and a dedicated member of the Administration Department. With a wealth of experience in hospitality management, customer service, and administration, Kylie has honed her skills at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and the Australian Rail and Track Corporation. Her primary responsibilities are ensuring that all stakeholders are well taken care of for an assessment, meeting our medical experts’ needs, processing all paperwork efficiently, and setting claimants up for accurate IMEs.

Outside of work, Kylie is a passionate learner, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Communications. A deep interest in the criminal justice system and psychology drives her academic pursuits.

Fun fact: Alongside her educational endeavours, Kylie is an avid sports fan and a particularly enthusiastic soccer fan. Not only does she coach and play the sport, but she’s also a dedicated supporter of the Brisbane Roar, adding a vibrant team spirit to the office. When not watching soccer, she loves to support the Brisbane Broncos.

Loves that: Working at Red Health allows her to resonate with the company’s values and the exciting challenges of driving innovation. Her commitment to excellence and her passion for the company’s mission make Kylie an invaluable asset to the team. Her vibrant personality, filled with positivity and energy, adds a special touch to the Red Health work environment, making everyone feel more engaged and motivated.

Jina Bray

Administration Support Officer

Jina is a 15 year hospitality industry veteran who has held several management positions. The challenging hospitality industry has taught her patience and resilience, qualities she now brings to her work at Red Health. Jina takes great pride in the joy that assisting people brings to their day, and we’re excited to have her join Red Health.

In the Red Health Admin team, Jina provides quality support to examinees, clients, medical experts, and the rest of the team. Jina aims for smoothly running days to give everyone the best chance to be themselves.

Fun fact: Jina loves bringing joy to her friends by cooking them incredible meals and hosting board game nights. She also enjoys heading to the cinema and bringing inspiration from other storytellers to her creative writing outlets.

Loves that: Red Health is a supportive and encouraging environment and she can actively assist in making medical assessments for our examinees less stressful during difficult times.

Lily Wardrop

Administration Support Officer

Lily’s passion for healthcare began during her time as a Pharmacy Assistant, where she provided vital support to customers for over a year. Her interest in healthcare administration grew further in her reception role at at a busy radiology practice, where she managed patient interactions and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment. The role, though challenging, was deeply rewarding and developed her strong organizational and communication skills.

At Red Health, Lily brings this experience to ensure seamless interactions for Medical Experts and Examinees. From managing paperwork to coordinating assessments, she ensures a smooth and positive experience for everyone involved.

Fun Fact: A dedicated animal lover, Lily spends her time walking and playing with her dogs or volunteering at ZooDoo. She’s also trained in aerial circus arts—though juggling remains a work in progress!

Georgia Hunting

Administration Support Officer

Before joining Red Health, Georgia spent 6–7 years in customer service, primarily in the transport industry, where she honed her communication and problem-solving skills. This is her first official administration role, and she’s embraced it with enthusiasm. Fun fact: she once worked as a nightclub bartender at 18—so she knows how to keep her cool under pressure!

At Red Health, Georgia is the friendly voice on the phone and the steady hand behind the scenes. She processes key documents like Letters of Instruction, briefs, and consent forms, and ensures clients, claimants, and specialists are supported every step of the way.

Fun fact: Georgia is a self-proclaimed homebody who loves nothing more than curling up with a good book and her dog. She’s also a big fan of travel and enjoys the occasional night out with friends.

Loves that: the team is kind, the work is fulfilling, and everyone is genuinely supportive. Winter is her season of choice—because you can always warm up, but cooling down in summer? Not so easy.

Pineapple on pizza? Heck no.
Cats or dogs? Dogs, but cats are pretty cute too.

James Walbutton

Finance Officer

James is studying for his Bachelor of Business, majoring in Accounting. He was a Peer Assisted Study Session (PASS) Leader at Griffith Business School, working with first-year students in accounting and statistics courses. He’s also been fortunate enough to travel to Tokyo for a six-week internship working with the finance department of Steelcase Japan, part of an American multinational.

As the Finance Officer at Red Health, James is responsible for many day-to-day accounts tasks – invoicing, receivables, and helping make our processes smoother. He processes payments and is the first point of contact for finance queries.

Fun fact: He’s usually studying when not working – life is busy!! Aside from that… He loves travelling – James contracted the travel bug while working in Japan and won’t ever get enough of experiencing the world’s cultures, seeing its sights and trying new foods. At home, James goes to local concerts or stays at home reading a book. James is also a big motorsports fan and has competed in several sim-racing tournaments.

Kharina’s journey into finance wasn’t a straight line—but it was full of growth. After high school, she jumped straight into the workforce, spending four years at McDonald’s before moving into food manufacturing. There, she climbed from Production Member to Production Coordinator, picking up valuable admin skills along the way. Inspired to take the next step, she completed her Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping while working full-time—and now she’s thriving in her very first finance role at Red Health.

Kharina handles Accounts Receivable and Payable, keeping our invoicing and billing processes running smoothly. She loves the genuine kindness of the Red Health team and the culture that makes every day feel welcoming.

Fun fact: Kharina is a fiction lover, anime enthusiast, and web comic reader. She’s a proud pet parent to two cats and a dog—all named after characters from her favourite anime, One Piece.

Loves that: sweet and salty belong together (pineapple on pizza, yes please!), summer feels like home (she grew up in the Philippines), and her personality might be cat-like—but she loves all her furry companions equally.
