Dale Ristovski

Founder and Managing Director

Dale has been honing his career in the Medico-Legal industry since 1998! Before that, he worked at an electrical firm creating welding products – who knew!

Over 10 years ago, he established Red Health with a mission to make a difference in the Medico-Legal industry for all stakeholders, something we strive to achieve every single day.

Dale is responsible for everything and everyone in the business! Our culture, values, mission and purpose, laughter, and fun – you name it, Dale is responsible for it.

Fun fact: when he’s not running 3 other businesses (yes, 3), Dale loves reading Lee Child novels, playing competitive soccer, teaching martial arts, and spending time with his family and 2 dogs (Teddy and Benji).

Loves that: everyone in the company has fun on a daily basis and he genuinely enjoys the people he works and interacts with.

Vanessa Herrmann

CEO

Vanessa brings a diverse professional background spanning the medical and legal sectors. After many years in the medical industry, she pursued her interest in law, working as a legal secretary and paralegal before being presented with the opportunity to join the Queensland Police Service. Instead, she chose to back a bold vision to reshape the medico-legal industry – a decision that led her to Red Health in its early stages.

Having been part of the business from near its inception, Vanessa has played a foundational role in its growth and evolution. Her leadership is grounded in clarity, integrity, and intent. She is known for being a straight shooter – pragmatic, goal-oriented and focused on delivering genuine value, while ensuring decisions are made with thoughtful consideration of our stakeholders. She is motivated by building something enduring – not just a successful business, but a legacy that elevates standards and leaves a meaningful imprint on the medico-legal sector.

As CEO, Vanessa leads the strategic and operational direction of Red Health, ensuring the organisation remains commercially strong while staying true to its purpose: humanising the medico-legal experience. She is deeply committed to shaping a sector that balances commercial rigour with humanity, and to positioning Red Health as a benchmark for how medico-legal services can and should be delivered. A firm believer that meaningful impact is never achieved alone – it takes a village – she is committed to building a capable, aligned team that shares that responsibility.

Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, keeping busy with running businesses and side hustles, home projects, and travelling – often with the itinerary shaped more by the food than the destination itself.

Mark Hayes

IT Systems and Innovation Manager

Mark brings a versatile skill set to the table, having worked in diverse roles before joining Red Health – with everything from a Barman and Sales Manager to a Transcriptionist and Claims Administrator filling his resumé.

Now, he keeps our high standards in check as the quality assurance manager across the business. He also oversees our Hobart site, ensuring we give our clients the gold standard experience when partnering with Red Health.

Fun fact: Mark loves to tinker in his workshop, play video games, and spend time with his family. He’s also full of random facts and will tell us things like, “Did you know the plastic piece on the end of a shoelace is called an Aglet? Now you do.”

Loves that: Red Health encourages their employees to be their genuine, authentic selves and truly “humanises” the medico-legal experience. He wakes up every day feeling excited to come to work, which says it all.

Sue Coe

Head of Operations

Having spent over two decades leading customer experience functions across the insurance, legal, and utility sectors, Sue brings extensive expertise in customer support and service delivery to Red Health.

In her role, she supports our teams in managing all aspects of independent medical assessments — from coordinating appointments and guiding claimants through the process, to overseeing quality assurance and ensuring every interaction meets our high standards for accuracy, consistency, and care.

Fun fact: Sue is our reality TV connoisseur, watching everything from The Real Housewives to 60 Days In. She’s also the self-proclaimed master of flat-pack furniture and reverse parking!

Loves that: our culture doesn’t need to be written on the walls because you feel it everywhere. We’re a family of like-minded people who genuinely care about each other and the work we do.

Alastair Dooley

Head of Finance

Alastair began his career in professional services at KPMG, where he spent over a decade in roles spanning audit, recruitment, and HR. He then took on the role of Finance Director at City Lodge Hotels, a public hotel chain, where he not only led the finance team but also developed and implemented the group’s environmental sustainability strategy.

In 2020, Alastair and his family made the move to Brisbane, where he continued to build his career through contract roles across private and not-for-profit organisations. Now at Red Health, he oversees the company’s financial position and mentors the finance team, bringing a wealth of experience and a steady hand to the role.

Fun fact: Alastair is a passionate art collector and enjoys spending time with his family and watching NRL. He’s not a cat or dog person—but he is a fan of pineapple on pizza and appreciates both summer and winter for what they offer.

Loves that: Red Health is a genuinely welcoming place, with a flexible work environment and a culture that makes coming to work a pleasure. He enjoys applying his skills in a new industry and being part of a team that values both collaboration and growth.

Danielle Wade

Head of Stakeholder Engagement & Growth

Danielle spent 6 years working with the Department of Health Tasmania including 3 years as Duty Manager with the Public Health Emergency Operations Centre for the Tasmanian response to COVID-19. Before this, Danielle completed a Bachelor of Behavioural Science before working in a small family business and HR.

Now, Danielle looks after our clients in Tasmania and Victoria and is dedicated to growing our business through innovation and understanding client needs, as well as working with the Red Health leadership group to foster the company’s culture and values.

Fun fact: When away from the office, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband, renovating their 100-year-old picker’s hut or working on their 8-acre property south of Hobart. She and her husband share five sons who keep life interesting and far from quiet.

Loves that: Red Health’s values align with her own and how much the whole team sticks to these values.

Nicola Davies

Stakeholder Engagement & Growth Manager

Nicola is a highly skilled professional with extensive expertise in business development. With a successful track record of six years at Mater Health and eleven years as a Business Development Manager in the optical industry for Qld and NT, Nicola possesses a wealth of knowledge in cultivating strategic partnerships and driving growth.

At present, Nicola is fully dedicated to the growth and prosperity of our business. In her role, she prioritizes developing, establishing, and nurturing partnerships to ensure sustainable expansion. Nicola also actively collaborates with the Red Health leadership group to foster a positive company culture and uphold our core values.

Fun fact: In addition to her professional achievements, Nicola finds fulfilment in participating in endurance sports such as marathons and trail runs. She even shares these experiences with her senior Maltese Shih Tzu, whom she takes along in a customized pram during her runs.

Felicity Jennings

Stakeholder Engagement & Growth Manager

Felicity is all about people. With over a decade of experience in relationship management and business development across industries as diverse as automotive, telco, medical equipment, and food delivery, she brings energy, empathy, and a deep understanding of stakeholder needs to her role.

At Red Health, Felicity leads engagement across Tasmania—building strong, lasting partnerships with specialists and clients alike. Whether she’s on the road visiting regional partners or making sure everyone feels heard and supported, Felicity brings warmth, dedication… and occasionally, donuts.

When she’s not connecting with clients, you’ll find her wrangling three dogs, chasing after her toddler, or enjoying a bluesy 60s rock playlist with a croissant in hand. A proud winter person and former high school comedy champ, Felicity keeps things real, relatable, and always a little bit fun.

Jarrett Ponder

Stakeholder Engagement & Growth Manager

With over 16 years of experience spanning marketing, stakeholder engagement, and organisational development, Jarrett brings a wealth of strategic insight to Red Health. His career has taken him across nonprofit, commercial, and international sectors, where he’s led initiatives in growth, fundraising, and change management.

At Red Health, Jarrett drives engagement with medical and legal stakeholders, expands our expert referral network, and leads business development across Queensland and the ACT. He’s passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating opportunities for collaboration and growth within the medico-legal space.

Fun fact: Jarrett is a proud husband and father of three, and when he’s not working, he’s cheering on his kids at sports, staying active in his church, and enjoying country music. Born and raised in sunny Florida, he’s a summer person through and through—and yes, pineapple absolutely belongs on pizza.

Loves that: Red Health offers a space for personal and professional growth, where collaboration is key and purpose drives everything. For Jarrett, it’s not just a job—it’s a chance to make a real impact alongside a team that feels like family.

Alexandra Craggs

Stakeholder Engagement & Growth Manager

Alexandra is all about meaningful connection. With seven years of international events experience across the UK, Australia, and global markets, she’s partnered with senior leaders in industries from finance to logistics—always with a strategic, insight‑driven approach and a focus on building relationships that last.

As Red Health’s Stakeholder Engagement & Growth Manager, she strengthens our partnerships with specialists and clients while helping expand our presence across Victoria. Whether supporting long‑standing relationships or welcoming new ones, Alexandra brings calm confidence, care, and a people‑first mindset.

Outside of work, she’s often travelling, cooking, or hunting for new teas—especially during her trips through China’s “tea cities.” She’s an avid reader and a passionate bird photographer who has already spotted over 600 species worldwide. Having lived in China and Greece, she speaks some French and Mandarin and is now learning Indonesian.

Warm, worldly, and endlessly curious, Alexandra brings a global perspective and a grounded, people‑first approach to the Red Health team.
